To me, being an early childhood educator is more than just teaching young children. It means taking care of, nurturing, teaching, inspiring and being a good role model for the children. I believe that every child is special and as a teacher, it is our job to cater to each of their individual needs to ensure that every one of them reaches their full potential. I aim to be a good role model to the children as well as to provide a conducive and interactive environment for the children to grow, discover and learn optimally.
You cannot make people learn. You can only provide the right conditions for learning to happen.
